Client Brief:
Our client dreamt of having a stunning retirement home that they could entertain their friends in as well as creating a space for their adult children to use as a holiday home.
They were specifically looking for an experienced builder that could help them achieve a high-quality build. They required an available, flexible builder that was invested in their project, someone who was willing to make suggestions and changes if necessary.
They expected transparency and wanted to feel welcome on site to watch the progress of the build and to see their dreams come to life.
